
The Contact Center Association understands the value of in-person meetings that provide an environment for professionals to gather and share information. CCA is committed to supporting local groups whose mission is to educate, and improve the skills and practices of the Contact Center industry.
As part of this support, in the future we will offer a shared calendar of events to promote local meetings throughout the country, an industry speaker database of professionals willing to share information with local groups, and provide CCA speakers who have valuable information and experience to share with the industry.
Local Interest Group Calendar of Events
This calendar will be available for organizations with a non-profit charter for the purpose of highlighting educational, networking, and member focused meetings. CCA reserves the right to determine which organizations are providing the services in alignment with CCA’s goal of education and information sharing. Please
email a copy of your organization's 501(c)3 to gain future access to the calendar. When the event calendar is live on our site, we will support your non-profit local efforts in an effort to unite the industry around a common goal of promoting contact center best practices.
Interested in Speaking at a Local Interest Group?
CCA is committed to connecting great speakers who are willing to deliver a valuable message with local interest groups hosting meetings for Contact Center Professionals. Each individual speaker will make available all fees for their services, topics of expertise, and company affiliation. CCA’s goal is to provide a list of interviewed speakers who are in alignment with the CCA mission to serve the contact center community at-large. Vendor speakers are welcome as long as their presentation is thought leadership or clearly defined as a product overview. Although the speakers are vetted, CCA does not represent the speakers and all agreements are between the speaker and the individual or group contracting with the speaker. Please email
