Join An Advisory Board
The Contact Center Association (CCA) reflects the vision of the industry, provides timely valuable tools and resources as well as encourages member communication and collaboration. In order for CCA to stay abreast of the industry trends and standards that directly impact the association we need members who are willing to collaborate on various advisory boards.
Peer collaboration through an advisory board will enhance the overall value of the tools and resources CCA provides its members. Furthermore, the community at-large will benefit from leading industry experts – like you - who take active roles in the strategic direction of the association.
Strategic Advisory Board (SAB)
The Strategic Advisory Board assists in determining the direction and strategy of the organization as it strives to serve and promote the contact center professional and community. With input from the SAB, CCA will focus and deliver information to help professionals prepare and meet tomorrow's industry challenges.
