What’s an Achievement?
As you accumulate points through the badge system, you are eligible to earn Achievements. Achievements will eventually give you the opportunity to earn awards, member discounts, VIP website privileges and ultimately peer recognition.
Achievements are another way to keep track of how active you (and others) have been in the community. The more points you accumulate, the higher the level you will reach on the Achievements board.
Queue Master
Required Score: 1000
You’re at the top of the Contact Center. All headsets bow to you.
The Contender
Required Score: 500
You’re on your way to mastering all forms of inbound customer communication. Your eyes are set on being promoted to the Queue Master position. Points matter and no other agent is going to stop you.
Customer Satisfaction Guru
Required Score: 250
Your fellow agents look up to you and your customers are asking how they can talk to you directly again. You're racking up the points.
Hot Shot
Required Score: 150
Now you're shakin' up the Contact Center. Way to go Hot Shot ... 150 points is a great achievement. Don't stop now.
Agent Zero
Required Score: 75
Congrats, you’ve graduated by earning a few points. Welcome to Agent Zero status. One day – if you have enough fun – you’ll make it as the Lead.
