Lauren Ziskie currently holds the role as President for Social Lift Inc., a Dialogue Marketing subsidiary. As an early adaptor to social media, she has utilized her knowledge by implementing various forms of web 2.0 and e-marketing strategies to help re-engineer business models and enhance the customer experience. She is actively involved in driving the vision and strategy for Dialogue Marketing and Social Lift Inc. and has opened the door to many new partnership opportunities. Lauren's high energy and enthusiasm for social media marketing, combined with her passion for the contact center industry, has been what has driven her to develop an innovative social media solution designed to help revolutionize her company and clients' CRM strategies. Lauren graduated valedictorian from Walsh College where she received her MBA in Marketing and has decided to take her industry knowledge and leadership skills back to the classroom to teach Social Media Strategy for Business to undergraduate and graduate students.
